You guys may be used to this but I've never had thundersleet before...it was like a real thunderstorm, not like Michigan where we might get 2 or 3 rumbles of thunder in 30 minutes. It was awesome. :guitar:

Having experienced Thundersleet and ZR in MO I know what you mean. What's even more interesting is when you add hail to that mix which I've also seen.

It's pretty cool. I'd rather have thundersnow though :)

So tonite its the RGEM/Ukmet vs GFS/NAM. Foreign models maintain a stronger, further west solution crossing over the bootheel while the American models seem to be weaker/further east.

As BI said in the other thread, the pressures are too high on the GFS/NAM, so he is not buying them.

It looks like it is coming together on the radar pretty nicely.
