HoarfrostHubb
What you consider good or bad is up to you. I'm hoping for monster storms, heavy heavy burying, and months that make Feb '69 look like doo doo... What I am expecting... eh, maybe ok... weatherwiz
Not sure which option best describes my thinking but here it goes: I don't think we will see a torch winter...we'll definitely have some warm periods but we'll also have some pretty cold periods and these drastic swings will help keep us a bit closer to average. As far as snowfall goes I think we will see a very large and drastic gradient going from much below down across CT/RI to near average from ORH to BOS to MUCH above from BTV points north. I think s coast it's awful S of route 2 is solidly Below normal route 2 to SNH/VT approaching normal CNE normal to a bit above NNE a bit above I think snow pack will be pretty awful for the bast majority of SNE folk ...i think the incidence of cutters and big swings is higher than normal and will hurt snowpack even a bit more than snowfall. BTW i hope this forecast busts big time!

ORH_wxman
I miss the optimistic Cpickles. You can see a lot of psychological games being played with different posters...their own way to deal with disappointment should it be a bad winter. Damage In Tolland
I voted for normal/avg. We're down for the next 10 days..but not out by any means
Analog96
I think SNE should have a very good winter, especially away from the coast. The storm track this year is nothing to be compared with last year.
