I hate to say it, but for the first time since the big december midwest storm, the models are generally in agreement 3 days out.. rare this winter, but appears to be the case. AppsRunner
Only positive is the nam appears to give some decent back end snows to central OH. Yeah. Anyways... GFS gives FDY 1.73" Snow... no ice/sleet. TOL slightly less... but overall a fantastic run here. UKMET was similar to the NAM/GFS at 72... more NAMish then anything. ArmyGreens
Another run of the GFS, another paralyzing ice storm. I continue to be scared of what I'm seeing. I might be heading down to the lowes in polaris tomorrow if these keeps to look for generators.
JayPSU
I might be heading down to the lowes in polaris tomorrow if these keeps to look for generators. In all seriousness, I wouldn't panic just yet. The scariest part of the storm isn't until late Tuesday and we need to know the EXACT track to know how bad it will truly be. I have looked at the Noaa track possibilities..and i have seen only a couple that take this storm just to our west..some have it coming over us, and quite a bit that track south of us..I am so confused..lol

JayPSU
BTW, 0Z GFS bufkit for CMH shows 2.4" of front end snow, then .65" of freezing rain, followed by .80" of plain rain. Would be an absolute mess.
