No chance at any thunder anywehre.

And you know nothing about college b-ball..nothing

Why would you say no chance of thunder?

UCONN gets two wins, one over Kentucky which was pretty impressive but MSU is not that great and how they were ranked #2 is beyond me. It's funny how people's themes change, before their first game many were expecting them to lose and now that they win 3 in a row everyone is considering them one of the best...there is a reason they were unranked.

Once they go on a slide again everyone will come down off the clouds.

in the eternal weenie spirit

IN ADVANCE OF THIS

POWERFUL SYSTEM...A RICH PLUME OF GULF MOISTURE WILL ASSIST IN THE

DEVELOPMENT OF WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION...PRIMARILY IN THE FORM OF

RAINFALL. HOWEVER...FARTHER TO THE NORTH...TEMPERATURES WILL BE

COLD ENOUGH TO SUPPORT LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WITH ISOLATED

HEAVIER BANDS WITHIN THE COMMA-HEAD OF PRECIPITATION. THIS WILL

PRIMARILY IMPACT THE UPPER MIDWEST EASTWARD ACROSS THE NORTHERN

GREAT LAKES AND INTO NORTHERN PORTIONS OF NEW ENGLAND.

close....where's the prized comma head. i'll drive to it! Sorry nana and papa i can't drop you back off at home in wakefield. we are changing course and trying to head off the comma head late tonite up in the white mountains. deal w/ it!

LOL..well once you're married..those things all come hand in hand..

The thing is, I'm been driving on the highway since I was 17. I even commuted to High School. I'm can be aggressive when I drive, but I'm like the Terminator....I can see and anticipate everything. Drive through Boston everyday, and you'll become that way.

Wife and I went through Boston like a month ago on a Saturday afternoon. Went on 93 down to Stoughton. Never took that road before and I can assure you that I never will again. Absolute, unequivocal madness. Sticks FTW

Neat to see the high overcast here. But looking to the southwest, a clear demarkation to a lower level deck. Bring it on. ZFP calls for p/s, low 40's.

You passed right by my house. I live about a mile from the expressway (93), on the south side of the city. Stoughton isn't bad, I grew up in Brockton, right next to Stoughton..just to the south.

Same here, very dark ovc day and only 23F out there. I can't see us getting to the forecast high of 38 really.

We went to IKEA :arrowhead:.

Anyway, on our return trip we went to Taunton and caught 495. Out of the way, but at least we were moving (huge backups on the Stoughton highway) and were on roads I was familiar with. I like Boston, but I'll stick with the Downeaster from now on.

Well NWS didn't forecast it for them:

Thanksgiving Day: A chance of freezing rain before 11am, then rain. High near 37. Breezy, with a south wind between 16 and 22 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Is that a surprise or was it forecasted as such?

How come people with minvans drive like an arse?? It's always these soccer moms in minivans that are all over the road, talking on their cell...or driving 50mph in the left hand lane.

One good thing is the minivan holds copious amounts of beer, and this year I got to pick.

Sam Light and Wachusett Winter FTW (and I drive a bit too fast on the ride down... wife gets to drive home for obvious reasons)

Pats on at 12:30

Friday I hope to be here:

Heavy, heavy brined Turkey going on right now.

Family coming around noon. Pats at 12:30

Eat around 2-2:30

Comatose by 3:30.

Dessert at 4:30

What is brined turkey? That's a new one to me.

I've had it deep fried (yummy artery clogger), grilled, baked, cooked under a trash barrel (scout thing), rotisserie, etc... brined? Like corned beef?

Happy Thanksgiving Bob! :drunk:
