tombo82685
We got 2 clippers moving into the region. First being tomorrow morning into the afternoon. The other is slated for later saturday. I wouldn't be surprised to see some area with 1-3 total combined from both events. Hopefully we can give Ray 2 more events to add to this winter, since hes bored out in elko. Anyways, lets dicuss these events here... nam is spitting out some .1-.15 amounts for tomorrow Heres the combined total for both events Below is the hr 15 hrrr from 23z composite radar heres the 23z hr 18 from the ruc
Parsley
I was just thinking........"what, no clipper love around here" The way winter has gone, some places will be in for a surprise.

Yes_Probably_Maybe_No
Surface temps will likely be in the mid/upper 30s when this gets going around 18z in the PHL area. Probably won't stick too well on the roads, but the RR/RUC reflectivity shows some decent banding occuring, so perhaps and inch or so tomorrow on top of the snow. NortheastPAWx
Meh, I expect most of the precip to get blended by the mountains....happens 95% of the time.
tombo82685
in looking at the short range models, it appears central and southern delaware has the beast shot of decent precip

famartin
This is such a pain... two more potential archivable events in the next two days and both nuisances. Meh... I hope my parents get less than an inch for both of these...
Voyager
Now this is really laughable. Sim radars are just that, simulations of what they think *might* happen, but still. Look at Schuylkill County... We got 2 clippers moving into the region. First being tomorrow morning into the afternoon. The other is slated for later saturday. tombo82685
for the phl area and de/sjerz...the stuff building by dc and southern pa is our precip. jerseyjoe00
Tombo, what's the chances of this precip picking up some moisture as it advances over the chesapeake and Delaware Bays? I know it is rare but in the past down here we have picked up some surprises with moisture off the bays?

jerseyjoe00
Thanks. I know it won't amount much but after all the rain that fell and the dry slot, that hit Cape May & Atlantic counties right after the change over, on Wednesday it would be nice to see some snow fall during the daylight. That area looks like it'll be just north of the vort max and has the best divergence aloft. They can keep it... let it stay away from home (though radar makes me question that)
