Not really. It's a double edge sword. There will be precipitation since the atmosphere is so saturated but at the same time we'll have a very difficult time getting close to 32.0 because the atmosphere is so saturated.

Oops...I meant for that post to be in the RIC thread.

Yeah the RIC area looks good. If you look on radar, there is a narrow band of heavier precip. That should also traverse the RIC area, but of course where the heaviest band sets up is key. Outside of the heaviest echoes, it may be more of a mix of RASN, while in the band..you get maybe mdt snow. I haven't looked too hard at the lower levels, but it probably would be a thing where you wetbulb to 32-33F or something like that. Congrats on parts of VA getting more snow than me for the winter. :axe:

It's in bad habit to congrats people of snow down here before it has even fallen.
