Coach McGuirk
Yeah, the Nam is coming in way south and colder. The high pressure system to the north is dominating on this run.
Inudaw
Nam likes the area from Just north of Richmond south toward the boarder this run.
D-Money
So far 540 is staying just south of HR on this run. Coach is busting out the profile pic

Coach McGuirk
Don't worry. Clown maps don't work near the coast Boundary layers this far out are really tricky. Only computers are putting their balls to the fire and making maps.

Coach McGuirk
My guess is a general 1-3 inches. Closer to 1 for VA Beach and 3 around Williamsburg. I'm sticking to this.
feb11th1983
well the richmond thread is dead so I came here. Can metro Richmond squeeze 6 out of this? It would be nice to get a storm where RIC and HR both did well. When was the last time that happened? 1/25/00?

feb11th1983
I vaguely remember that... I lived in the east end of Richmond then. We got about 6 out of that storm.

SeVa
We are going to have qpf down here, no doubt. The wind flow is either going to make or break this event for us. If we end up pulling in an ENE wind for some time, we might be on the low end of 1-3. If we can pull in a NW wind during the bulk of the precip, we might be dealing with those 4-8 totals. We will see. These changeover events have the biggest bust potential (high or low) for us.
