I was thinking it would be around 9:30 or so. dew points shot up fairly quick. latest RUC (23z) has .37" for ORF while it had been more NAM like all day. Unlike the Great Christmas storm 2010,snow doesn't move in very often, it more like developes in ! Thats why our snows are more surprising to our local mets . RUC is bullish, which is saying a lot! 21z SREFs all over the place, back to a few showing 0 and as high as .75" Need backside precip to catchup and fill in.
