weatherwiz
Gibbs says his parents in Wallingford have close to 4 feet OTG If I can find my brothers memory card I'll take some pics around here...just epic in my yard...bushes are basically completely buried, there is some help from piling the snow from shoveling/snow blowing but these bushes are like probably 4ft high. DavisStraight
27" seems to be the majic number in my yard, the front yard has almost 5 feet from snowblowing the driveway there should be snow there til the end of april.

It's either going to get us as snow or miss us OTS.
H2Otown_WX
Gibbs says his parents in Wallingford have close to 4 feet OTG Might be plausible..I talked to my friend in Wallingford and he said it is waist deep and he's like 6'4 or 6'5. CoastalWx
Just got through shoveling my grandmother out in Roslindale. They must have at least 26" on the ground, not including drifts. Quad deep. Probably a little more than I have being inland and more suburban. Reminded me more of '05.

The rural areas out here have some amazing depths, took back road in Sterling CT surrounded by pines and shade, had to be 40 OTG if not more? Ginx snewx
Stinking shoulder is killing me, only did half the shed, 38 inches on the roof, just stunned by all this. The pattern is winter too, can not fathom that.

Cold Miser
. . . 5.5 hours of snow clearing today. The most time I've ever spent. It got to a point where the snow thrower chute wasn't able to chute over the banks. Having an "L" shaped driveway is the absolute worst configuration for snow throwing. I kept displacing snow, having to go over an area 2 or 3 times. The plow bank in front of my driveway is 5'- 6' high. I will post photos in the photo thread soon. The first cut was brutal but I then hit about a 1/4 path at a time chute straight up. Cutting the dog trails was horrible, stuck several times. Whooped. Oh and congrats, how's that sleet doing?
