I'm not even really angry anymore, i dont think. I'm just finding it funny how EMA is getting absolutely screwed, while places to the west and southwest are getting raked.

putrid snowgrowth, still sleet pinging here.

Dude you need to chill! Everyone gets a turn at the trough this time, some more than others.

I'm getting hit pretty good, it's gone from rain sleet snow to sleet snow and is rapidly going over I think. It's pounding, so loud I can barely hear letterman and the roads are covered.

Most intense band is just N of ORH airport...I'm catching southern end of it and its sick...but its gotta be 2-3 inches per hour in Holden and getting up into Princeton MA....absolutely awesome. nearly 40 dbz there. The flakes are amazing. Perfect dendrites...but they are getting blown around so they might get compacted into a cold, dry cement. Hopefully wind stays low enough so that doesn't happen.

That is a big time band...if we can just get it west about 10 miles.

I've learned to hate it even though it made me verify blizzard in Jan 12...it messes up snow measurements. But its something I have to live with being high up on a hill. The good goes with the bad.

I think it evens out because there is no doubt that band is being or orographically enhanced a bit near you.
