CoastalWx
I'm not complaining....jackpot in my area will be arounf Tynsoborough, Pepperell, Ayer.....but I should do ok. Models did a good job pegging that deformation band where it is. Once again, qpf can be overrated like we've said before. Find the deformation area and you'll find the jackpot or secondary jackpot. Clinch Leatherwood
EURO wins this storm Big Time. Had a 10-15 Storm 5 runs in a row or more. The NAM and GFS did it's cancel. And now, this will be in fact - a 10-15 Storm. Go EURO!! The Euro had .5" last night for areas getting 1-2 feet...it was terrible too. You can't hand pick which run might have been better two days ago. In close it stunk too. RGEM might have been the best/GGEM. --- 31.2, lighter snow snow, lots of low level crud off the water including sand hitting the windows.
CoastalWx
The whole area in general shows signs of "darkening" on radar. It's ripping here in Dot.

weatherwiz
when did kevin plan on getting up? Wiz you going to take a 2 a.m. measurement? Yup! Will be going out in 12 minutes. it's been closed off for awhile...pretty obvious on the WV. I don't know why the RUC/SPC mesoanalysis is so off sometimes. What am I supposed to believe, the wind or the heights? I didn't realized that...that was the first I looked at the 500mb map

TheSnowman
C'mon Ekster, comment on the ORH band overhead. This is pretty awesome. You should be in Attlehole for this. They are gonna get smoked. Sorry Will. I don't know what it is - But I only have 5.5", 2.5" from 11pm. Just not adding up here. And I always get more than Attleboro. I don't get it. AMAZING Stats from the Airports/Cities. This is Incredible. 2009-2010. Top 3 Winter of all-time for the US. Now This Winter. Jeez.

Yes I was! I have never left it. I seriously thought I was losing my mind. If you want to check me look at my totals for the Boxing Day and HECS. No slantage. OK, here is the sidewalk with me on the porch. I cleared out the lawn on both sides and a lot of the driveway at midnight. I stuck the ruler in several spots and it averages to right about seven. The ruler shot is in the lawn and then in the driveway. Obviously it's been quite windy, but 7 seems to be a good total from the area.
