One side is just the number and the handicap logo, the otherside features some poor guy named ti zuong who lost his handicap placard. I'll be sure to post a pic of me in the spot after the storm is over, LOL. Good thing the old lady got rid of her car 6 months ago and the spot has been vacant ever since.
