Sort of reeling a bit. She was 40. Very sad...so sorry for your loss...my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

Rick G
from bgm afd: TOWARDS THE END OF THE PERIOD...THERE IS SOME POSSIBILITY OF SRN STREAM ENERGY TRACKING CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE REGION FROM THE SERN CONUS...TO BRING A CHANCE OF SNOW. GIVEN THE CUSTOMARY UNCERTAINTY AT THAT TIME RANGE...PLUS THE PROPENSITY FOR PCPN WITH COASTAL SYSTEMS TO STAY LARGELY S/E OF THE CWA SO FAR THIS WINTER...WE`LL SIMPLY SIDE WITH HPC AND INDICATE LOW CHANCE POPS AT THIS TIME

PennMan
Really nice light snow here in State College. Looks like we had 0.5-0.8" overnight. About 24°.
JamieOber
Thanks to all for your well wishes. Didn't mean to take things off track but I think all of us here have created a very nice and close community online from Scranton to Williamsport to State College to Lancaster to Clearfield to Johnstown etc etc. We have an inch on the nose here and the snow seems to be increasing both outside and on radar. Seems to be a moderate band in Indiana County moving this way. I am home in Port Matilda right now. 26.4 degrees

jen2swt
Still learning to read the models, but where do you see ice at on it?
canderson
You have to look at the temp maps that coincide with the precip map. That if verified would be a pretty bad ice storm for parts of the valley, looks like major issues along the border too.
