Eastward progression down down out in C PA down through WV is much too quick to allow it to pivot further NW than that. Want the band south of LI develop and work NE the next few hours. Big winds are starting too. Not sure if you've followed the HRRR it's been about an hour ahead of the RUC in terms of how it's playing out. The shifts have been more subtle too.
