weatherwiz
Just remember when posting snowfall totals if you're going to break these down into part 1 and 2 you post the TOTAL for both b/c they need to be reported as one.

skierinvermont
This is definitely the best winter of my life... I have never seen my town look like this. 8"+ falling on a 14" snowpack. Huge snowbacks lining the roads. Roads already covered again. Second time this year I've had thundersnow.. only ever had it twice before that. I can't remember ever having a significant storm falling on a significant snowpack here before.

40/70 Benchmark
Ray is kinda funny or not that we are the last area to fill in.. Wilmington, Woburn, Burlington ... I did and I was just trying to explain why that was the case, but I guess it bothered some....we should be good, shortly....watch for that subsidence to resurface, though. DavisStraight
Much better dendrites here now the past couple minutes...looks like we're about to go to town for a bit. CoastalWx
Do you really still think Bos and EMA can pull off the 8-12" that's forecasted? I think 6-10 is reasonable for storm total. Some areas may get more. 1.3" total here so far since morning.

I had a feeling it wasn't the same horrible screwhole situation like we had for you earlier this year... For whatever reason you were last to fill in. More of God playing games with your mind. CT Rain
I think max depth is a big determinant. Well my max depth in 96 was probably close to 28 or 30" (on the shoreline) but it melted in like a week. I've had >12" forever this time! I think we have 15" OTG before this storm so once again we'll be back up around 2 feet.
ineedsnow
still going for below average snowfall! jk 95-96 has a special place in my heart but this one is quickly catching up.
