Still incredible rates of 2''-3'', which has been going on for an hour. I'm going to take a 15 minute measurement and multiply that by 4 to see the real rate. Well NJ and NYC had 3-6 inches earlier today, so to reach a foot would only require another 6 inches in some cases which is easily attainable in that area.
