Progression should see ay mixing go to snow from now til 9. Then 9 - 2 or 3 will be heavy snow. Some are already snow now with heavier precip. As our storm continues to deepen and pull ne it will cool any remaininf warm layers down for snow.... Hang in there and enjoy the show. I'm right near you at the 287/10 intersection - snow and especially wind just picked up over the past 20 minutes. NorthShoreWx Posted January 27, 2011 Share Posted January 27, 2011 We had a heavy shower of sleet and snow in the past 20 minutes. It was mostly sleet. This is one of those rare storms where I don't mind the sleet...its part of the show that I wouldn't want to miss.
