On a different note, an obs from earlier when it was sleeting in Yonkers, but by the time you got to the Tappan Zee Bridge, it was basically all snow, and then as you kept heading west, it was all snow. I havent gone outside tonight, but was thinking of running to the store. By the streetlight of the Post Office, it looks like it's snowing right now with a lot of wind. To an extent yes, because there is no block (in fact very little if any blocking at all) and the H500 is not a cutoff low which will slow it down.
