There was one cell offshore that had produced some lightning strikes-I personally didn't see it, but someone a mile west of me did. :arrowhead:

I also noticed that Mt. Holly updated their WSW statement for Coastal Ocean County for the possibility of 8-12" around 4:22 PM. The grids on the point and click all across Ocean County were updated at 4:58PM but only showing 5-9". I didn't see the text say "TOTAL snow accumulations"....very misleading....

31.4 degrees Belle Mead Nj with mix of sleet, rain and freezing rain. Have about 5 inches of snow and thin layer of freezing rain on top of it

Back in from round 1 of snow removal

can anyone give me a brief synopsis of whats going on so I dont have to read through 20 pages. See 4-8 expected tonight, any concern with the radar, warmer air holding on. See that rain down in southern jersey and shore areas...mix here, does it look the blob is moving more north northwest. ..or are we on tract for a quick mover about 5-6 hours of thumping

latest run of the HRRR making a big jump NW to previous runs, all 3 short range models have had significant jumps NW, Heavies band clearly seen here going eastern Lancaster Co to Lehigh Valley this is one hr snowfall post-2206-0-08280900-1296086127.png

it might be assuming a ton of sleet for I-95 then. check the ptype frames
