Really hope I eat those words soon. This was expected. Mets here stated full changeover to snow wouldn't happen till 4-4:30. Everything is on track. Currently heavy sleet, rain mix in downtown dc. Most of the nearby weather stations are reporting winds out of the N,NE,NW so hopefully the temps drop soon. Received 4.5-5.0 inches this morning.Time to break out an imperial stout and watch the radar. 34 here in Elkridge -- wind really starting to gust. And that better be some Storm King Imperial Stout!
