WxUSAF
Everyone please keep us posted on the bird activity outside your respective windows. Wind picking up from the SE. Should I be worried about temps? Winds throughout the region are from the NE. No, you shouldn't be worried about temps. Precip will changeover to snow very quickly if it doesn't start as snow and temps will drop to near freezing.

RTutton
Temperature in La Plata has just dropped 1/2 a degree in the past 30 minutes to 35.5. May not seem significant, but temps were hanging at 36.0 for the past few hours. DCAWx
Got to make a few obs like that myself a few years back in Germany. Unfortunately, I also got obs like this too many times a couple years ago: 0400M +DS You lucked out by not having to go through observing school. We were given a WMO region map with a ton of stations and the synoptic data 12 plots in 10 minutes no errors or wash out of school. Good Times.
