So it looks like this thing may be over performing yes? Or is it just "starting earlier" meaning it will "end earlier"? Areas of New Castle county from Middletown to New Castle did have rain this morning between 7:30 and 8:00 according to a co-worker. It has really lightened up here in New Castle.
