famartin
Reality check: 12Z obs versus last night's NAM and GFS... IAD 925 mb temp: GFS -0.9 NAM -1.5 Actual -1.3 850 mb temp: GFS -1.7 NAM -2.7 Actual -2.3 OKX 925 mb temp: GFS -2.7 NAM -2.5 Actual -3.5 850 mb temp: GFS -2.3 NAM -2.1 Actual -1.5 Would've done WAL but couldn't seem to find the data on the U of Wyoming page... GFS running warm at IAD especially so makes you wonder now if there will be much of any mixing across the majority of NJ...

Mforty
Lovely ride in this morning with the Jetta TDI with winter tires once I got to the back roads.... Visibility was poor and some trees and bushes were hanging low over the road due to the heavy snow and ice... I'm not good at gauging by sight how much has fallen but it has to be close to 2".
