sauss06
Got 2.75 here in Harrisburg. Hopefully that won't be all we see, but the tight gradient might once again rear its ugly head later today. hard say. Many here still have faith, since they do, i'm all in. I based my bet on their thoughts

Got to hope there will be more of a Northerly component to it.

No model, however, can account for the convective rates that we're seeing to our southwest right now. Whether these make it up here and sustain themselves remains to be seen. The Iceman
so your saying add that number to the 2 1/2 i got this am? yes so you're looking at like 6-8 according to this model...case's look good right now
JamieOber
Very sharp cut-off line forming through southeastern Ohio and advancing southeastward. Not looking especially good. Looking at radar, that's just not happening. http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php If anything, the snow has edged further north along the border. The Iceman
I am really surprised how good radar looks. yep I thought for sure after round one came through radar would look bad for a little bit and we'd have to sift through 10 pages of omg bust!!!! pawxworld
looks like low right off hatteras That is not good news. JB had said it would be just inside Hatteras and why he felt precip would be further north and west than what the models are showing right now. The only one left in his camp is the JMA. Not having a good feeling on this.

hckyplayer8
Nice to watch last night! Only get to see them on TV when they're on VS, NBC or playing Pittsburgh. Direct TV is trying to close that loophole. Just stream them off the net.

The Iceman
Temps are looking good too.( as of now) I think a lot thought they'd be higher then the are. yeah the threat of mixing is pretty much nil now...again the trend of temps being 2-3 degrees cooler than progged for the storm occurs. Not having a good feeling on this. Yeah, not just JB...a lot of people were thinking a west of HSE track for a further NW spread of precip. If it's already offshore that decreases chances further to the north.
Eskimo Joe
Man I'm happy that I was wrong with my initial thoughts on the storm. This setup is looking nice for south central PA!
