Itstrainingtime
Snowing half dollars here at work now. Driving in to work earlier, I went a few miles where there was either sleet or snow pellets mixed in. All snow here now and accumulating quickly. I came in at a good time, Chickies hill was just wet going over around 6am.

kerplunk
Got barely grazed by round 1 just a couple miles north of SC. Looks like points just to the south got some a little burst of snow. Appears to be about done here until round 2 unless things really start backfilling.
Festus
Just saw this in the Philly thread - "Things are a mess in and around PHL. Major roads like 76 at a standstill. Saw an interview with PENNDOT and they had about 1/5 of the fleet ready this AM given the forecast. This storm is already overperforming..." <Sigh>...NWS forecast wasn't hideous for that area. I watched most of the TV mets and that was pretty much a collective cluster @&%$. Beats me what these guys were basing their plan of attack on but apparently it wasn't correct. And now they're paying the piper. Weather...gotta love it!

Really intrigued about what happens later on... yeah, i measured earlier when it slowed down, but it has not really stopped and its still lite to moderate at times. I too am curious about later. amishwxman
Just a dusting here in extreme northern Dauphin Co.about 4mi east of Susq River even though we've been under snow on the radar for quite awhile now...apparently air aloft was super dry. Scummyratguy
just woke up, question for you earlier risers: did the harrisburg tv mets stick to their forecasts? Snowing moderately here in york. When I let the dog out a few minutes ago, I heard the distinct sound of a car accident happening not too far off in the distance
kerplunk
Looking at the radar, it looks like the inland low is robbing energy from the coastal. I'm a novice so that's probably a worthless observation. If true though, is that normal? Would think it would be the reverse.
