True, will have to wait till a couple of days out and see what the models show them. We have seen in times before how the cold air modifies. With above normal temps tomorrow and near normal thru friday, then a bit below normal thereafter, should finish the month a bit below normal... hopefully. NYCSuburbs
Hi, I'm new here in the forums, though some of you may recognize me as NYCSuburbs from the Accuweather forums. I have been looking through the eastern US and now the American weather forums for a while, and I decided to join. I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, I'm trying to understand how this forum works, though it was a really nice day today, with a high of 65. CooL
Got to about 66 here today in Rutherford, going for 70 tommorrow. Typical fall with up and down temps, as we all should go below freezing this weekend.
earthlight
NAM is indicating a pretty interesting situation Thursday Night/Friday morning..lots of dry air in the column and surface temps near freezing..with H850 temps near 2-3 C away from the immediate city. Wetbulb potential suggests sleet is a possibility.
