Alpha5
Started out with 30 minutes of snow, then went over to an all sleet deal. Sleet and rain now
nzucker
Still a sleet/rain mix in DF as it has been for most of the afternoon....38.4/35 so should be going over to pure rain soon. Chilly Thanksgiving today, certainly one of the coldest in recent memory. Getting ready for a really nice blast of cold this weekend with -10C 850mb temperatures nearing the NYC metro region. Should see highs in the 30s Saturday here with lows in the 20s.

tornadojay
I never saw any snow yesterday in Rockland county. It was a bit disappointing that it started as rain. Diego
LaGuardia, Newark, and JFK all logged a trace of snow yesterday. Curiously, nothing was officially reported at CPK (presumably as a result of the limited amount of visual obs that are taken there), but I would dispute this-there would have had to have been a trace there also, of mostly sleet, given the extensiveness of the reporting of it in our region. NYCSuburbs
39 degrees here and dropping steadily. I have a chance of dropping below 30 degrees tonight, which would be my 2nd time this fall.

NYCSuburbs
to windy for me...I'm gonna wait for a nice 60 degree day... It's supposed to be in the lower 60s on Wednesday, but it won't really be nice unless you like wind, heavy rain and potentially thunderstorms.
