What I said was scooter explained why it was a snow bomb and I think he was correct in his diagnose. Weenie googles my arse. Just because I get pumped up does not mean I do not know reality, in fact it's safe to say my 24 hour predicts have been pretty damn good. You throw the weenie word around, but truth is there is a weenie nature to everyone here. Just do not say I am biased. It started as pure sleet with a temp of 7 degrees. 4-5 inches of sleet later I had pock marks all over my head GYX had my point-click totals up to 19-31" and blizzard conditions as the event started. It hurt watching the 30"+ reports from upstate NY and VT. i was living in nyc at the time but records seem to indicate that montreal reciecved about 6 inches while areas only about 20 or 25 miles south recieved >20 inches! sounds like a helluva gradient.
