Fun little event today. Got about 1.5-2 here on the east side of Chester. Obviously the breadth and duration of that band was a bit shorter than I was thinking...but that thundersnow report I read earlier at least gives some solace that there was at least some of that convection we were keying on. Anyway, pretty nice little event for a WAA snow. I'll gladly take my 2" snow and run. Now we can safely move onto the weekend. Going to be interesting to see the 00z suite and how it handles this system. A bit of model continuity sure would be nice!
