HR almost always has a period of mix in a storm that rides up the east coast as this one does. Yes, the 0* line approaches ORF in this run taken verbatim, but that shouldn't surprise you. Probably looking at just over 2" of that as snow.. rest ice... freezing rain.. etc. IN other news... the winds would be very powerful in this scenario as well. There would be wide spread power losses ... Especially those closer to the "sticky" snow. :x Maybe not as many issues back toward the "powdery" snow in the colder 850's.... Think March 1993 but farther east about 100-150 miles. It would be a blizzard....the winds look to be very intense with this!
