das Posted January 23, 2011 Share Posted January 23, 2011 13.9°F here in clarksburg with a DP of 2°F and winds have gone calm. We got down to 9.8°F last night and topped out at 22.2°F this afternoon. We got down to 9.8°F last night and topped out at 22.2°F this afternoon. Coldest night of the year by almost 5 degrees but the high was too warm by 3 degrees (we had a high of 19.7°F back in December). low at dca was the coldest of season so far at 17.. first sub 20. with a dew of 1 we should dive good again next hr there. high today was not coldest of season either, missed tying by 1. maybe monday? was sort of surprised it got that high given all the clouds during the first half of the day. Below zero and lafe effect snow fell yesterday evening. Unreal cold and gorgeous with the snow falling. I tried to bring some of the cold back with me for this week.
