    When I see a stripe of snow on models up st Lawrence river from a coastal low. Usually I good indicator for decent snow on south shore

    We hardly ever get much on a wow flow. Sometimes the bans can get us a few inches if there is alot of background moisture. But yeah just a bad flow. Always was.

    Looking at sat radar looks like moisture is a bit west of forecasted. Anyone else think so?

    Cause I think moisture is going a touch farther west than modeled. Meso models show this.

    Steady light snow. Looks like couple inches so far in walworth. You can see the bubbly more convective looking clouds in ne lake ontario now

    The other low that formed around the parent low south of long Island is moving north off Massachusetts the parent low is grabbing a ton of moisture and throwing in from Massachusetts up over new England northern ny and into lake ontario. Can see the satalite image its cool

    Looks like precip is going a bit farther north west than was predicted. Thats good thing. All the meso models increases precip for roc.

    But all models seem to be honing in on 4 to 6 inches. Miller b are rare around these parts so if we get that its a bonus

    Models don't show snow arriving till 7 I have already moved on to next let down. Take my few inches and fight another battle. Lol

    Nothing beats what rochester got in March 1999. 43 to 50 inches in 3 days. Was amazing. Mix of synoptic and lake enhanced.
