dang, so 6.5" does seem low. Guess I'll have to mix family/spotter/poster reports.
Anyways we are probably around 4.1" in Charlottesville, I'll allow myself to add a tenth since it's been snowing here for 6 hours since I measured.

HRRR wants to give Charlottesville and Arlington another 1-2"... I'd sell my soul for some good rates in the daylight rather than this snizzle we've had for the past 3 hours.
Arlington: 5.2” Charlottesville (Grounds): 4” So not that different. Looking at a slight bust in Charlottesville unless we get in on some action later today, which I’m not sure we can pull off. Pic below is from Arlington and is very cute.
That just looks like wunderground. Hitting the hay down here in Charlottesville, setting an alarm arbitrarily for 4:00 so I can go check what’s up. The mixed snow/ICEP report 10 miles south concerns me.
