  1. “Even if states lifted “stay at home” orders tomorrow, most people in the United States won’t go back to their normal routines right away, according to a new Gallup poll. About 70% of Americans would “wait to see what happens” after restrictions are lifted before returning to normal life and 10% said they would “limit contact/activities indefinitely,” according to the poll released Tuesday. Twenty percent said they would return to their normal activities immediately.” Read more here: https://www.sacbee.com/news/coronavirus/article241995696.html#storylink=cpy

  3. When I made the comment (2 hours ago) the sim radar was showing up as this, showing that people under the heavier stuff seemed to have a chance at mixing. Admittedly, it's backed off on this!
  4. Man, this coulda been a good event. Pretty wet, quick storm. HRRR has been getting snowier and snowier on the backend. I'd love an hour of flakes. I'm not picky.
  5. Nashville saw some flakes today in a rogue heavy band, so I’d like to think we could all record one more trace early tomorrow morning.

  9. Maybe the cell south of Warrenton has a chance. Will eventually be moving into sunny areas where I’m assuming parameters have rebounded.
  10. Velocity. Everything should look red or green, pretty much.
  11. Slightly suspicious kink in the line west of Stephens City.
  12. hmmm... I probably would’ve continued that TOR warning in the northern suburbs of Baltimore. Rotation has weakened, though.
  13. Rotation W of Montclair, VA tightened up this frame
  14. Hard to tell but I think I see some rotation SSE of Paw Paw.
  15. never said I wasn’t a weenie!
  16. Brad Arnold seems to have it (Soso tornado) live: https://livestormchasing.com/map

  18. now it’s 8 inches in CHO, haha. What a garbage model. CMC has got to be better at this point. ICON probably is too.
  19. hah, maybe I should be going down to Charlottesville to chase for three days. My poor off-Grounds house is just sitting there vacant... an enhanced, maybe moderate risk tomorrow? Then 6” of snow on the GFS Wednesday? Sign me up.
