This is why you never trust the Nam when it shows something good. When it show something bad, different story, as you can clearly see. Even after the upgrade, same old crap.

Can’t wait to hear the following in a few: 1) Wave not digging quite as much. 2) Looks like a later phase incoming. 3) Not gonna cut it this run 4) I don’t understand why the precipitation isn’t farther west. 5) Nam caving to the GFS. 6) Oh well, on to the GFS.

They’re only useless when they show increasing snow. You can rest assured they’re right as rain when they show decreasing snow.

No way the 0z NAM duplicates its 18z run. Going to be east.

I really want to believe the Nam is onto it, but seriously, how many times have we seen this from that model? If some other real/legit models came in line, I’d be more inclined to buy in. How did the 18z Navgem and CMC and JMA turn out? Anyone know? And we haven’t heard anything from the Swiss. Are they still with us?

Yeah, it was fun there for a little bit. I have this feeling we’ll end up in the familiar place of being happy just to see a flurry.

Yeah, I’d give it about a 90% chance. Right now, we have the two main models vs all of the junk models. And what about the FV3 and the Swiss Miss? Haven’t seen a thing posted about them.

Yeah, this one is over for the mainlanders. Good for coastal areas though. Glad they’ll get a nice snow.
