Very heavy snow coming home tonight through Columbus, Indiana. Laid down a quick inch. Home now in N. Vernon and it's quickly changed to a mix..

Probably not thread worthy but snow ( at least on radar ) is just to my west, moving my way. Looks like Ohio River counties may see something unless this is virga. Will keep informed..

We've reached average for year here in SE Indiana but it's melted so fast every time that it doesn't seem like it..

Yeah, first one just skirts me to the south, the next one starts as snow then gives most of Ohio rain. The 180, re Gfs, looks promising but you know it will change...

Delivered pizza for 6 hours tonight in Edinburgh, IN. Snow squall dropped an inch in about 20 minutes. 8° when I got home.

Why do these model forecast these outrageous snow amounts anymore? Buckeye, do you have that 25" of snow otg yet?

Yeah, I see it on the east coast. I guess there's still time for some changes. They'll have to be major though and appear in next day or so..

It still shows it? Op run shows no low anywhere near Ohio. You'd think that a low that strong would show up on nearly all the models at 192 hours..

Just changed over to snow here in S SE Indiana. Snow line moving east fast now. Looks like 2-3 hours of snow, then that's it. Forecast has gone from 5-8" to 1 -3" . Hope I don't get fired for not going to work tonight.

Pressure drops and surface wind direction looks like low center is on Ark.- MO. border and is moving up the Ohio River! I sure hope that's not the case!
