  1. I’d have to think this cloud deck will have to break up rather fast to see any appreciable severe weather. 54 degrees at my house and while I see a break in Ohio it isn’t exactly huge
  2. What a crap winter. Glad it’s essentially over.
  3. The reporting on the severe threat today hasn’t been consistent. I listen on the radio this morning and they are interviewing a met talking about one inch hail while reading the text discussions KPIT is like warm Gettomh on and off small hail up north
  4. Thus might be just me misremembering but I seem to remember 60 degree days in January and February being a lot less common growing up
  5. I ended around 3.5. Sucks that literally 3 miles south got close to double.
  6. I probably will end up right around three. I only got under the mega band for maybe an hour and was fringed the rest. Butler got one inch to highlight the gradient
  7. Someone in Brighton heights probably will hit warning criteria.
  8. You have to get lucky. I’ve never seen a narrow band like this in a synoptic event. Someone under the band here will likely verify warning level but I’ve just gotten onto the fringes of it and have an inch and a half.
  9. Well at least on the edge of it. I’m on the Hampton Allison park border sI about two miles too far north
  10. Man I’m literally missing out on the nice banding by a few miles.
  11. I have less than half an inch. Band never made it up here
  12. I might eat crow here. Looks like the band in OH is angling more north and lateST HRR showing the same
  13. Yep, it’s all about that band. There are going to be some big winners there.
  14. Looking at some traffic cameras, down towards the wash county line on 79 ground already starting to cave under that nice training band. that band will probably put down some localized nice numbers but the rest of us need it to expand to get anything decent.
  15. Yeah. South hills is going to do ok but those of us up north are looking not great. I’ll probably get like 2 inches but I can see south hills getting a good 4-6 with the way the band is set up.
  16. We never had red tags in here, ever? Im looking at the radar. I’m going to get an inch or two. I think the south hills does very well. like I said, stop being a freaking troll and let me post. No one wants to see you turn this into a train wreck because I posted a simple observation
  17. Take it to banter dude. I’m allowed to post. don’t troll and derail the thread like you always do.
  18. You guys in the south hills will do well. I think we are a bit screwed up north
  19. I think personally KPIT will have a hard time breaking the advisory verification streak
  20. last few runs of the HRRR have backed off quite a bit. 12z had a general 3-6 county wide with some spikes but now maxes out at 4, thought it is probably way more realistic
