  1. Great! I’m not at the moon NWS office. I was forecasted to start a foot literally six hours from thee we start of the snow and got 7 inches over like 18 hour. It was a bust of a storm.
  2. I haven’t even come close to that. I got 7 from the last storm and I might get 2 from this. The last storm was an absolute bust and didn’t even hit warning level for me,
  3. Next clipper also looks to be about 25-50 miles too far north. Maybe that will chance but looks like it will follow the exact same path as this one. What a freaking awful winter so far. 2-4 today turns into maybe 1.5 inches. Next clipper gives us 1-2 again while north sees 3-5, and out big storm turned in to a run of the mill 6 or 7 inch storm for most of us with a huge dry slot and p type issues.
  4. The jog of 30-50 miles north in the last 24 hours really did a lot of us in. If you look at the HRRR it’s pretty light on additional accumulation especially in the southern half of the county while I’m guessing someone on the butler/slippery rock area might actually approach six inches total.
  5. I think down towards the city we will be in and out of steadier snow but butler county should stay steady and get 2-4. Down here maybe an inch or two.
  6. I can look at every model and see what it is showing. We know that PIT NWS is slow to adjust on these.
  7. Butler county looking solid for 2-4 inches. Allegheny looks generally to be 1-2 inches with almost nothing in the southern part.
  8. Nah. If we can’t get at least 3 or 4 inches I’d rather get very little.
  9. Clipper tomorrow is looking worse and worse. NAM 3k gives Pittsburgh almost nothing.
  10. This was one of the worst storms that I've ever been through lol. I got 4 or 5 inches of light pixie dust over hours while areas 50 miles to my south got a foot and a half. I'll gladly take your 30 inches.
  11. 6 inches or this is a bust lol. HRRR is looking pretty good with this, as in 4 or 5 inches. In general looks like a solid 2-4 inch event with the possibility of over performing. One word of caution is that the NAM is further north and it did really well with the last storm.
  12. It’s more so that with the wind snow blew into the roads, turned to slush, and is now freezing.
  13. We will see. Would be nice to get some squalls and 35MPH gusts. That said a west wind isn't the best set up for LES for us and it seems we have had less and less LE in general the last several years.
  14. Yeah, the county got 6-8 inches. Ross there was a report of 7 inches and that sounds about right....however we did not hit warning criteria on snow as that is 6 inches in 12 hours. Hey, maybe one day we can actually get a storm where we don't look 50 miles away and they get significantly more snow.
  15. Ok....I probably overreacted....maybe just a bit. Still though, overall pretty disappointing that we got 6 inches in a lot of the county and literally 20-25 miles away in Beaver they got a foot.
  16. Woke up and finally snowing heavily here, but just eyeballing it I'd be surprised if I have more than 4 or 5 inches. I guess I will get to 6 or so, but just a total waste of a storm as I would imagine there are going to be some massive totals out in ohio.
  17. Youngstown will probably end up with 16 inches while we get 6 or 7. So damn close.
  18. Looking at the radar I simply don't see this filling back in by 1AM.
