  1. Big jump east on the cmc for 1/5. Snow showers from the northern stream but the meat is way offshore now
  2. Wide right on 1/5, looks even a little east of 18z. Crushes NS
  3. Yup, you get that tell tale appendage down into se Mass and the cape. SWFE indicator
  4. If it doesn’t, I may take you up on that offer eventually. Hoping all of the north country can get their winter going soon.
  5. My wife really wants to snowmobile when we got Jan 31st to Feb 4th. We’re going to use a place in Franconia notch, hoping they snow
  6. Too bad, the Canadian and icon were intriguing, but they are trash models so, yeah.
  7. Don’t cry because winters as we’ve known them are over, smile because they happened
  8. Good chance we are going to get the shit sandwich trifecta. Whiff/rain, which, cutter.
  9. Way out to sea. Even misses most of Nova Scotia
  10. Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but even the areas it does clip, it’s too warm for snow down here.
  11. It’s absolutely hilarious how that massive cutter on the models for around January 10th barely moves around. Just going to give all of New England rain, no questions asked
  12. The numbers are what they are. If we get to 1/15 with nothing, it’s a tall task. They are that way for a reason, it’s not a fluke.
  13. It’s all marginal garbage. There is no real come around. Maybe good for PF, but not central and SNE
  14. At this point I’m hoping we can manufacture some decent skiing for Jan 31st to Feb 4th. Still a ways out so there is some hope
  15. It’s hard to not come to that conclusion on some level. This month is a good example. Instead of +2, we are going to be +4 or 5 and that has given us just no shot. The bad is really bad now, not even in the game.
  16. It’s the same thing every run. It looks awful. Beating a dead horse at this point.
  17. It will be interesting to see over the coming years how much CC is affecting the viability of analogs. While still potentially useful on a hemispheric scale, it’s almost like you have to adjust for current temps. Basically, the bad patterns are much worse, because instead of +2, it’s now +6, which makes sneaking even a mediocre event much more difficult.
