110.0mph Inst. max at Anemometer #1: The aforementioned temporary anemometer tripod #1 at White Crest Beach, Wellfleet, MA recorded an off-horizontal (due to vibration loosening tilt-mount support) gust to 110.0mph at UTC 712 10/27. This chaotic, extreme gust was validated examining raw pulse buffer data. 103.6mph Inst. max at Anemometer #2: The aforementioned temporary anemometer tripod #2 at the high-exposure spot near Dune Shacks Trail in Provincetown, MA recorded a traditional horizontal wind speed of 103.6mph at UTC 636am 10/27. This was also validated by examining the supporting raw pulse buffer data free of artifacts and inertially consistent with the viscosity of air.
