Overreaction on the ICON. It is about 50-75 miles east of 12z, but is nothing like the NAM. Let's wait on the big boys, no point in panicking from the NAM and the SNITZEL.
I've already followed this storm far too long, and we are still 96 hours away - normally I'm pretty level headed, but I feel like I could be a melt candidate. Just giving the board a proper heads up.
Other than TWC stuff, the most iconic/nostalgic 5/7 day forecast to me was WBZ's in the 90's. Burbank liked to stack up those snowflakes above and beyond those daily graphic boxes for the biggies.
I'm on the NW corner of the Cape so have some wiggle room from a Cape perspective - but wish we could just lock these runs in now. 4 days is an eterrrrrrnity
