Other than TWC stuff, the most iconic/nostalgic 5/7 day forecast to me was WBZ's in the 90's. Burbank liked to stack up those snowflakes above and beyond those daily graphic boxes for the biggies.
I'm on the NW corner of the Cape so have some wiggle room from a Cape perspective - but wish we could just lock these runs in now. 4 days is an eterrrrrrnity
I remember getting 10" of sand in Feb 2006 when we were forecasted for 18"+ and feeling like it was a huge disappointment. I definitely like to be a part of the big totals, otherwise its just ok.
If this was 2-3 years ago, I might be getting my hopes up that the other models would soon be trending towards the EURO. But we know how this story will end.
I'm riding the blitzkrieg model until it surrenders to the allied forces (GFS, UK, EURO).
Have a feeling this storm is going to make or break some people on this board. Those who haven't learned by now to temper expectations.
