  1. Syracuse has been doing awful, just it has the last couple winters. Looks like today Rochester and Buffalo will add on to theirs even more, while Syracuse will add a tiny bit. Albany has had a very rough stretch as well. The East Coast synoptic storms that help add to our totals have obviously been MIA.
  2. Yeah, probably right. Yawn. I'm just trying to find something more exciting (wishcasting?) for this AWFUL winter. I can only hope that the Rgem is on it for Tuesday and Wednesday for WNW Lake effect snow (BGM barely mentioned it).
  3. The models look the best they have in some time for us to get a couple inches from the clipper tomorrow night and then snow showers much of the week. Yet, BGM has us getting "an inch" tomorrow night and then a small chance of snow showers/partly cloudy the rest of the week. lol So, either they see conditions just not being good, or it is the snow-stingy Sunday crew writing discussions that I have noticed the past couple months.
  4. Ha. Maybe 2 inches here? It was coming down pretty heavily but didn't seem to be adding up as much as I would have thought. SLR seems a bit lower than what we've had earlier this season.
  5. That map is bogus. Baldwinsville DEFINITELY gets more snow than Syracuse itself. We get almost the same as Clay and Cicero.
  6. You're actually getting snow from this clipper? Sun's out here. lol Have to wait for the lake to supply...
  7. Ol' Southerly torch wind making Syracuse the warmest in all of Upstate...per usual...
  8. Sure would be nice if we could get that clipper tomorrow night to NOT dry up. What a synoptic wasteland of a winter. Almost 3/4ths of my 40 inches is from lake effect.
  9. You think it will survive to give us a couple inches? Has that look like it will quickly fall apart.
  10. Yeah, except I don't think Lady Yerdon jackpotted...yet.... hopefully....
  11. I think you need some stronger winds to give it that lift/push over and beyond.
  12. Yeah, I noticed last night while looking at radar that the Ontario band settled farther south than the models projected.
  13. Congratulations, south Buffalo guys. This has definitely been a western NY winter compared to the rest of the state.
  14. Worth always has tons of snow. I still say it's the Jackpot zone for lake effect. I wish I could get a little place there.
  15. The band looks like it sank south a bit faster than the NWS was expecting. They mentioned it hanging up in Central Jefferson county...but it's looking more like southern Jefferson and Northern Lewis counties. With it extending inland pretty well, I could see this being a @tombo82685opportunity to get several inches.
  16. The rich get wealthier. Thompson Park and Memorial Monument Live HD Webcam, NY (webcamtaxi.com)
  17. Looks like a nice band over Northern Jefferson county. Could even see some snow showers here from the Lake Erie band:
  18. 0Z runs looking a bit juicier for the clipper Monday night and Tuesday.
  19. It all depends on wind direction. If the wind shifts, you know the only thing it will shoot in this direction is blanks.
