Depends if that front continues its quick jaunt that it all of a sudden started and when it starts to slow down. As long as we continue to get the warm farts off the hills to the south, we will be rain. My guess is it will begin flipping between 6 and 9 am.
When you look at the Wunderground temps, it's literally in the 30s in every direction from the Sizzle and we are in this pocket of lower 40s right now. South winds here drive me bananas.
Funny, I've been so busy at work, I haven't had time to keep up with you guys on here. All I know is Syracuse is primed for our best snow event in a while and Syrmax is still trolling with talks of thaws, rains, and 2:1 snow ratios.
It's funny...I have refused to look at the Kuchera maps (unless I happen to run across it on the weenie posts here...lol). I want to be pleasantly surprised if ratios do end up being better.
Love it. Thanks for sharing! I don't drink either ..except for a very occasional glass of wine when visiting family. While I know I am negative on here, I promise I am not as miserable in "real life." I am definitely geared to see things in a critical way. My colleagues always come to me because I naturally see errors in things and it's helpful when I can help correct them. I am actually a huge "person of encouragement" and love encouraging others in their gifts and talents. I really do have lots of respect for you!
I was jokingly going to say, "So, we are getting closer to those 40:1 ratios?" And now after seeing you talk about enhancement south of the lakes, I know that's where you're going. 70:1 incoming!
What are you talking about? The only weather talk I ever get annoyed with coming from others is Buffwx and Max talking about swimming pool-worthy thaws in the dead of winter. Ain't nobody got time for that.
What we've learned about 96 this week:
1) He farts rainbows.
2) He "probably" lives his life in a live Musical format.
3) He goes to bed freaking early.
4) His bladder sucks... especially at night.
5) He might type with pom poms attached to his hands in case he needs to lift team spirit.
"Ra Ra! Goooooooo Kuchie!"
It's good to know that the furthest north models still keep the Thruway corridor from Oneida county Westward in the game. Sorry to our friends in Albany and Bing. Almost all the others give you guys hope as well.
