  1. Holy crap...I fell asleep on the couch and woke up...checked the NAM and was soooo excited to share on here....and you guys are STILL going. Lol...bunch of committed weenies we are.
  2. Wow, talk about a kink in the Jetstream! I would prefer not to have a big ridge immediately come in from the Plains afterwards. But it looks like the stalled Low would cause it to flatten a bit. But then again, that energy in the SW looks to build the ridge.
  3. I will say...I will happily eat crow and hope my call for it to be suppressed was wrong. If the Canadian and Euro are correct, it could be the most widespread system of this winter with all of us Northeast weenies getting hit.
  4. Never mind....brings warning snows here. It actually looks VERY similar to the Canadian. I don't like that it's getting pushed back to Wednesday though...adds another day or two of model watching. haha
  5. I figured you'd like that. Even brings advisory snows to the Syracuse area.
  6. Farther north with the primary...which "should" be better for the secondary to be closer.
  7. Snow is picking up a bit as that band over Oswego county moves westward.
  8. Agreed. They are horrible to each other...but apparently they meet up in person...almost a frat-type relationship between all the posters. But, they do however, occasionally respond to "outsiders" there. I appreciate the friendliness we show to outsiders on here. The most aggression we have to deal with once in a while is when Freak pops on and starts randomly scolding people.... LOL
  9. I have a hunch it's going to be the Europeans vs. the Canadians, with the Americans in between. As much as I'd love the Canadian models to be right, I would have 150 inches on the season if they were this winter.
  10. Next set of runs - will be a cutter. I kid...I think?
  11. LOL! You mean the ones with all the pretty squiggly zig zags?
  12. Oops...never mind. Canadian brings high end warning to Onondaga county. You know BW combat this by finding some sort of anomaly map that shows the upper atmosphere 100 degrees above average....dreaming of muscled calves tanning by the pool on a warm February day.
  13. Ok...of all my years on here, I still don't know what SWFE is. They throw it around on the New England sub mucho times.
  14. It seems to me the models are starting to show the secondary pushing right through and not letting the high pressure up north hold it back.
  15. Sure did. Puts Onondaga county into high end advisory/low end warning snows.
  16. We'll see if it's just a blip or if things will start shifting north now that better sampling is taking place.
  17. Yeah...the biggest synoptic I've had here was the 4 to 5 inches this week.
