    Yeah, almost all of them have that solid band in Madison and Onondaga counties. This afternoon's maps they will probably bring the 8 inch line to your area and have Northwest Onondaga at 6. They live to put us in our own little space

    Ha! I am really not that big a fan of the sun....and love days and days of clouds with flakes falling every day. But....wow, is Upstate gloomy! The sun is somewhat acceptable on quite cold days when it won't ruin snowpack as much.

    My biggest concern is all the holes in the precip. shield. Feeling there could be some pretty major differences between those who get under bands and those who don't within specific regions.
