  1. Hope you guys are right...burned way too many times. I sure would love the HRDPS to come true. The latest RAP looked meh.
  2. I am feeling this line we see on radar is going to be "the wall" in which there is snow and not much snow. It's been training over this same path for several hours. Even here IN the echoes it's been a virga storm all afternoon. I feel the bust potential is huge with this one.
  3. , @Syrmax, you were right when you said Northern Onondaga county nickels and dimes its way to average. Almost ALWAYS on the border of decent snows here. I see this one will be no different.
  4. An inch or so this morning and then the sun came out with flurries for the past two hours. Looks like it might start up again soon.
  5. Long range RAP looks fantastic...HRRR backed off a bit. Snowing moderately here at the moment. We'll probably get a bonus inch or two this morning. Time for me to go and focus on work. Have fun tracking, friends!
  6. I hope you get tons of snow! Not as much as me....but still tons!
  7. Onondaga County is looking good (wish it was a little bit north) just for some wiggle room....but the whole county would cash in nicely.
  8. It was in reference to the discussion you, Eric, and wolfie were having. Sometimes, I think Eric might get nervous before the whole run finishes. Posters on some of the other subs get VERY annoyed with other posters who do that during runs. It doesn't really bother me much at all...so no big deal for me. Just adds extra, unnecessary angst. But our sub is pretty easy going about stuff, which I enjoy. Anyways, Rgem looks great!
  9. P.S. I HATE the Nam 3K model with a passion. I think it put a microchip in me while I slept one night so it can track me and put me in snow holes and edges for eternity.
  10. What are you guys talking about? The Rgem looks beautiful for Upstate!
  11. 00Z HRRR actually looked better for CNY and Finger Lakes. I think the other mesos and NAMS will follow.
  12. Yesterday we talked weenies...today we talk gummies...what's up next for tomorrow?
  13. Those 18Z EPS...Boo...that's a pretty big difference for here.
  14. Yes, at the bottom it say 18:00. That's what that means.
  15. Good point. It seems at this point that 5 inches is our minimum in our region of New York.
  16. Ughhhly. So, now we have Euro, Gefs, Icon, and Nam (off and on) vs. Canadians, Mesos, and GFS (barely) Yikes. Can't believe there's still so much up in the air. Feel like this would be locked in if it was a cutter...lol
  17. Looks like BGM changed their map to flow better with BUF's map:
  18. Wow, the HRDPS is beautiful from Rochester to Syracuse.
  19. The storm is so powerful, it's even thundering before the lightning strikes...
  20. Wow, sure is. It would have Syracuse getting 10 inches by Tuesday afternoon.
  21. Your call for Syracuse is actually higher than I thought you might go. Models unfortunately look to be backing off again some. I guess we hope for lake enhanced precip.
  22. Another event where CNY has to rely on the lake more than synoptics?? Shocked...
