  1. Rgem is showing another lake effect event for the same area that just got it.
  2. NE PA and the Catskills have had enough. Move that sucker north.
  3. I think that might change with the 12Z runs (except Rgem) showing more snow over the Eastern Finger Lakes.
  4. 12Z runs apparently look to be strengthening the wave as it moves east. This could become an Advisory event for the Eastern Finger Lakes eastward to the Hudson Valley/Capitol region. One more tick NW would be even better.
  5. You're becoming the Carol Yerdon of SW NY. A drunk farts and you get 6" of snow.
  6. Nada here as well. @wolfie09, you are right...the Rgem is the best model for lake effect snow. How did you guys do up there in Oswego county? I have a couple colleagues who live in Oswego and as soon as I pulled in the parking lot I knew they had lots by the snow on their cars...lol. They said they got a foot overnight. Hopefully we can get a good WNW/NW flow after the system tomorrow. Have a good day, weather friends.
  7. @SyracuseStorm, sorry to see you're so frustrated. It has been a tough one. Looks like the flow has gone a bit more NW so we'll see if it's enough to give us something of interest from the band in its weaker state.
  8. My call for an inch on Tuesday might have been too high. I had to make sure I wasn't looking at the "10:1" ratio map. lol
  9. I think the way it's oriented where it's curving up to the northeast is not going to help us in N. Onondaga. Doubtful we get anything. Still think you will.
  10. Looks like a beautiful band starting to form over wolfie's head.
  11. The band over Niagara county just shifted to a WNW orientation. I am assuming that is a similar angle we will be seeing off of Lake Ontario soon.
  12. With Good ratios, that would probably be 4 to 6 inches for many of us.
  13. Congrats, Buffalo folks. Looks like lots of fresh snow there!
  14. If you're going to get that bothered by every post I make and be d-bag about it...then block me. I don't block people...because they have the right to post what they want. Not every post I make is "crying" but if you look at it that way, that's on you. I already explained to you why this winter has been a pile of dung here...so I will continue to look for possibilities, discuss them, and laugh/whine as they continue to miss this area over and over again.
  15. True story! I'm ALMOST with ya...because this has been one infuriating winter.
  16. Seriously? Gah. Well, seeing the snow waaaaay up in the northern Tug/Watertown area AGAIN makes me think this map will be right.
  17. This is what they have for the area...lol...I should have moved to Springville..
  18. Thanks. Sure hope you're right. Maybe 1 to 3 inches (tops). BGM has a "50% chance" but not sure if this is a situation where they just ignore our zone or really think it's going to miss us. I'll have to check out their discussion.
  19. Now that the Synoptic energy has left our area, the sun is gone and the skies have clouded over with snow showers.
  20. You are banished to the tropical island with Buffalowx and our friend from Ontario...
  21. Synoptic system for Tuesday continuing to fade south fast. Binghamton and Catskills jackpot again.
