  1. You didn't get that much less than the rest of us. lol What's your snow depth over there?
  2. Going to be a very icy commute here. A bit of a flash freeze set up. Parking lot looks like ice with the new snow quickly layering on it.
  3. Thanks. Bville is always on the line...no matter the direction. haha
  4. Do you have a map of it other than the awful TTbits one? Or was that a joke? Can't tell with you...
  5. Wayne is also under a WWA for 3 to 5 inches...seems kind of silly to separate them from the other two....as "3 to 5" would be part of "3 to 6" but whatevs. Vort and Tim should like that.
  6. NYZ005-006-170345- /O.NEW.KBUF.WW.Y.0012.210217T0000Z-210217T1500Z/ Northern Cayuga-Oswego- Including the cities of Fair Haven and Oswego 239 PM EST Tue Feb 16 2021 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM EST WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches in the most persistent lake snows. * WHERE...Northern Cayuga and Oswego counties.
  7. The Hrrr is too far north for me to get excited...at least based on ONLY that model.
  8. Lol...Well...if you go by the maps they made this morning....it does look like they think the best band will be just NORTH of me over you and CNY. BUT....they did (shocking) actually highlight "Syracuse" in the Advisory...
  9. Getting some heavy pixie dust showers. Tinker Bell...is that you?
  10. Ha! Remember...I live in an apartment. I LOVE cleaning up snow and wish I had my own driveway to clean up again. There's NO way I'm going to do the work for an apartment complex that I'm already giving money to!
  11. I had family that lived in "Picksburgh' and they said it rarely snowed there...it was often ice. Cloudy and ice in the winter. Scary for driving with all those hills. We visited them often in their home in Moon Township. LOTS of great sledding hills!
  12. Per webcams and radar, it looks like it's snowing pretty good again in the Buffalo area. We will see if that backside stuff makes it farther east or does the way-too-often fizzle.
  13. Oh, yeah! It was a chore cleaning the roughly 4.5 inches of packed, dense snow off my car. The top 1/4" was a crust of snow/sleet/graupel/freezing drizzle/sugar.
  14. Oh, yeah...we didn't get anywhere near the couple feet the southern part of the county got. Our friend CNY in Brewerton only got a few inches.
  15. Not sure what's going on...it's been a rough couple winters around these parts compared to average. You guys have been having a great winter down there! It's about time! I lived in DuBois for several years and their winters have definitely tamed as well.
  16. You guys rocked that. We ended up getting right what they were expecting.
  17. I'm intrigued to learn of what you're using as a mailbox. lol
  18. Afterwards, get the insulation fixed! Losing too much heat from your beautiful new home!
  19. Well, hopefully we get some WNW snows and you won't have to look at those crooked lines...and you can try again tomorrow am. Not sure about that lake effect for tonight. The WNW flow snows have failed to materialize after (I think?) every "system" we've had this season.
  20. Beautiful dog. But your snowblowing lines on your driveway aren't straight enough...
  21. This word doesn't exist in our vocabulary here this season.
