Haha! Yep! They have bulls-eyed all winter! I wish somebody down there in the Tully area kept track this winter...they are probably over 100 inches on this winter..wouldn't be surprised if some spots had double what we've had.
Good point. My first spring here consisted of several snowfalls in April with the last week of April having a couple ground-coverings. Then last year, there were snowfalls through April with the last one in Mid-May when we got 2 inches during the middle of the day.
Per usual, Syracuse has already reached its forecasted high for the day...at 10 am...of 40 degrees. Another day of 10 degrees higher than what's forecasted??
You guys are less than a foot behind us here in the Syracuse area!!!...which is ridiculous. Just shows how awful compared to normal our winter has been up here. Your great winter was a boring dud here. lol
My parents in Danville were sending pics throughout the winter.
I suppose if we have a big warmup next week, I'd definitely prefer it with that dry forecast. Less mud and more pleasant for enjoying the outdoors. Although I will undoubtedly still be saddened in watching the snow vanish. lol
I'm so over this stupid winter. Had some nice squalls last night, which would be a nice ending...tired of the game playing and trolling that has happened for 4 months.
A Lake Effect Snow Advisory would for real be legit right now, as we've picked up several inches already, with more forming. BGM will just ignore it though. lol
Impressive snowfall rates!
